15 days free on a new paid plan
All new accounts will have 15 days free use of the ReelClever plan chosen on sign-up. If you upgrade from free to a paying plan you will not be eligible for the free 15 day trial. When upgrading from a free plan to a paying plan you will be charged for you first month immediately on upgrade.
Cancel your plan within 15 days and you will not be charged
If you find ReelClever is not for you, simply cancel your account within 15 days via the "cancel" link from your "Settings" page and you will not be charged.
Cancel your plan after 15 days and you will not be charged again
Once you cancel your account you will never be charged again. However you are responsible for all charges that have already been incurred for the current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 15th of each month, and you cancel on the 21st, you will still have to pay for the current month, but you will not be charged again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Canceling your account
It is quick and easy to cancel your account. Simply login to ReelClever and click on the "Settings" tab. Click the "Cancel my account" link then confirm the cancellation by clicking "OK".
