New Final Cut Studio Upgrade Worth It?

Whats the general consensus on apple's latest efforts. Sure some new Prores codecs are nice, along with shadows in Motion. But colored markers being a key upgrade feature, thats a bit dubious. Anyone here have any thoughts?
