Marcus Roth wake up to find his wife and children missing and in there places are horrid massacred blobs of flesh as he investigates he is attacked by a large creature that injects him with some kind of parasite transforming him. The transformation fails and Marcus realizes he has gained some unique abilities. He disperses with his attacker with ease. After his shock he investigates his new physical transformation, in doing so he is attacked by a creature inside the mirror. Nearly escaping he heads outside only to encounter his world has changed in to a chaotic hell like dystopia. As he takes the horrid nightmare in he is attacked once more by four jackal like creatures. As he dispatches these new foes he is presented with a horrific truth his family is gone and he has awoken in hell.
